Michael Nadin

After qualifying as a solicitor in 2010, Michael Joined DFA in 2018 as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department and became a Partner in 2022. Michael specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law for businesses and individuals, across all sectors

Michael has a particular interest in conducting Employment Tribunal litigation, although he is equally at home advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures or preparing contracts of employment and staff handbooks.

Michael also has considerable experience of helping people resolve employment law disputes quickly and efficiently by engaging in settlement negotiations outside of the court process. This includes drafting and advising on settlement agreements as well as guiding clients through the ACAS early conciliation process

Outside of work Michael has a young family and enjoys outdoor pursuits such as mountain biking and skiing.
