Paul specialises in commercial and corporate dispute resolution and has considerable experience working with a variety of clients, from FTSE 100 companies and leading educational institutions, to small start-up businesses and private individuals.

Alongside being head of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team, Paul also works closely with our Corporate team on transactions, shareholder issues and regulatory matters.

In addtiion, Paul deals with the full range of contract claims, company & partnership disputes, and regulatory matters and advises clients in relation to public procurement disputes and issues relating to defamation and brand protection.

A keen sportsman, Paul enjoys rugby, golf and skiing.
