Mark Brown

Mark Brown heads the commercial property team and specialises in property development work acting for a wide range of developers and landowners. He also advises on major development and regeneration projects.

Mark has extensive experience in development work dealing with all forms of site acquisition and disposal structures and financing arrangements, including conditional contracts and overage provisions. Mark has particular expertise in options, consortium/joint ventures, planning agreements and resolving infrastructure problems.

Mark also advises on property taxation issues and structures and in particular Stamp Duty Land Tax and VAT.
