A warm welcome to Kirsty Simmonds – Partner and Head of Corporate

DFA Law are pleased to announce the appointment of Kirsty Simmonds  who has joined the firm as a Partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial Department.

Kirsty brings with her a wealth of experience in company law with considerable knowledge in areas such as:

• Company purchases and sales
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Shareholder Agreements
• EIS Investments
• Commercial contracts

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2011, Kirsty has focused on legal work in the corporate sector for over 10 years.

The appointment of Kirsty follows the recent internal promotions of Elaine Lo a Commercial Property specialist and Michael Nadin who heads up the firms’ Employment Law service.
