Samantha Randolph
Samantha qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 and has worked in the legal world for over 20 years, joining the Corporate and Commercial department at DFA in July 2025.
With a specialism in mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring and corporate governance, Samantha is able to help clients with all things ‘corporate’.
Before joining DFA Samantha worked at an international law firm and spent some time on secondment working within the in-house legal team at a large capital investment firm. Samantha is therefore able to assist clients with commercial agreements and provide useful insight into companies or individuals exploring their opportunities in fundraising or investment options.
When not working, Samantha enjoys spending time with family and friends in Norfolk and driving her classic land rover
