Head of Wills, Trusts & Estates at DFA Law LLP, Hannah Furr and her colleagues Katharine Dexter, Katie Nightingale and Rachel Timms are proud members (TEP) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is a global professional body comprising lawyers, accountants, financial advisors and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures.
As specialists in inheritance and succession planning, Hannah, Katharine, Katie and Rachel draft wills and trusts, administers estates, act as a trustee and advise families on how best to structure their finances to ensure compliance and preserve their assets for future generations.
To become STEP members, each of them were required to pass a number of exams and also prove a combination of specialist qualifications and experience, including significant involvement at a specialist level with inheritance and succession planning. All members of STEP must adhere to STEP’s Code of Professional Conduct.
