Cynthia Spencer 2019
DFA Law signed up for the ‘Franklins50’ charity challenge in 2019. Having been given £50 ‘seed money’, the team at DFA were tasked with raising as much money as possible, during a 6 week period, for their chosen charity and local hospice Cynthia Spencer
Fund raising ideas included:
- A bake sale
- Quiz night
- Football scratch cards
- Race night
The main event was to be the race night, held at Cogenhoe United Football Club in Northampton on the 15th March 2019 and with amazing support from members of staff, friends and family and many local businesses and clients we were able to raise over £2,000 for Cynthia Spencer.
Sarah Cannata, from our Litigation Department even baked this amazing cake which was auctioned off on the night.
Everyone at DFA thoroughly enjoyed taking part and we are proud to have helped support such an amazing cause as Cynthia Spencer.
DFA Law were also lucky enough to win a prize at the awards night for ‘Best use of Social Media’ during the campaign.
