New Partner Boosts Company and Commercial Legal Team

DFA Law has promoted Clare Towers who becomes a partner in the firm’s company commercial department at an exciting time for the firm.  DFA Law’s commercial services have begun a rapid expansion programme in which Clare will play a major role. 

Since qualifying in 2000 Clare has built a solid reputation in Northampton and Leicester for her corporate and commercial work.

Clare has experience in dealing with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including; Commercial Agreements, Software Licenses and IT Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Transactions, Sports Sponsorship, Merchandising Agreements and Intellectual Property.

Clare joined DFA Law’s Corporate & Commercial Law team in 2005 and is looking forward to the growth of the firm’s business legal services ahead of office relocation to The Lakes development in the autumn.
