No Win No Fee
DFA Law now offers a No Win No Fee service for many unfair and constructive dismissal and workplace discrimination cases.
Employment law solicitor Gary Lee said, "We realise that although some people have strong cases, they may not be able to fund legal action. By offering a No Win No Fee service we take the risk. If our advice is followed but a client doesn't win their claim, they pay nothing. If they win, they then pay us a percentage of what they are awarded."
If an individual can answer yes to the following questions they may have a case which qualifies for a NWNF agreement:
1. Have you worked for your employer for at least 12 months?
2. Do you consider your dismissal was unfair?
3. Were you dismissed within the last 3 months?
As an alternative, our experts can advise on a traditional hourly charge, payable win or lose. This may be a more attractive option if you have done the bulk of the preparation or feel your case is particularly strong.
