Call-centre based conveyancing is one alternative, but not one that we offer. Our Northampton based residential conveyancers provide a personal service calling on many years’ experience in the local market and are dedicated to looking after the interests of our clients first and foremost.

We remain very price competitive and unlike some so-called low cost providers, our quotes are honest and accurate – there are no hidden costs later in the process. We offer a thoroughly personal service where both conveyancers and support staff will have an up to date knowledge of your transaction. You will deal with the same person throughout the conveyancing process and you will be treated with dignity and respect. We view our clients as people not commodities.

We adopt a pro-active approach in achieving our client’s timetable for completion. Clients can track their case online using a secure e-conveyancing service, right through to completion.  We can help whatever your needs, legal or otherwise.
