Rebecca joined the firm in 2003 as a Paralegal Assistant and undertook her training contract with the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2005.
As a member of our private client team Rebecca deals with wills, the administration of estates, lasting powers of attorney, registrations of enduring powers of attorney and court of protection matters – she is known for her friendly and approachable manner. Rebecca gives talks locally on legal issues to consider on retirement.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and pets, playing acoustic guitar, visiting the cinema and socialising with friends.

Elaine is an Assistant Solicitor in the commercial property department of the firm having qualified as a Solicitor in October 2006.
Elaine advises on a variety of commercial property transactions which range from acting for private individuals, small local businesses to large companies within the industrial, service, property, finance and retail sectors.
In her spare time Elaine enjoys travelling, reading and socialising with friends and family.

Mitchell has advised on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work. In recent times he has had experience of dealing with distressed sales, often acting for clients purchasing property from liquidators or receivers.
Mitchell also has particular experience acting for developers, involving: site acquisition and disposal; options; overage; conditional contracts; planning agreements; and site infrastructure.
